We do not have any artificial limits. However, since processing happens in browser memory (RAM), the maximum file size depends on your device. Usually, images and documents are limitless, and videos/audio up to hundreds of megabytes can be converted comfortably.
How long does conversion take?
Images and small documents convert in seconds. For complex formats like video and audio, a conversion engine (FFmpeg) of about 25MB is downloaded on the first use. After that, conversions run at local hardware speeds. Subsequent conversions start instantly as the engine is cached.
Can my files be stolen or copied?
You can even use our site by disconnecting your internet! Since processing is entirely local, it is technically impossible for your files to go to a server and be stolen.
